Overall great mini suv. For the low cost

Great vehicle for its price it offers reasonable comfort and luxury feel and look. It has a light weight car feeling when driving but it feels well planted with plenty of grip when turning or breaking hard. Fairly cheap cost of maintenance $136 for synthetic oil change, tire rotation and refill of other fluids. Avg. mileage for mostly city driving 25-27 when I get long freeway driving it goes up to 41 mpg based on computer trip. Decent power for a 1.6l naturally aspirated engine, although uphills with five passengers and a/c running would be forcing it too much. Built quality structure wise is very simple, with proven reliable technology like rear drums brake and rear semi independent suspension. Huge cabin and cargo space for its relatively short wheel base. Great infotainment system with apple carplay and android auto. Sound system volume is clear and somewhat loud enough for stock. Plenty of cup holders 1 in each door and 3 in center console. 3 USB ports and cigarette lighter port. Huge sunvisor with plenty of option to modify to. Exterior Paint is very easy to dent, to scratch or to even make a deep scratch to where you can see the bare metal. Overall my wife and I we are very happy with our car. This is a car that if kept well it could easily make the 20 year mark. At a cheap cost in both short and long run.…
Very Comefortable

This is a second car so I don't drive it every day but the car is comfortable, low noise smooth ride. performance wise, it only has a 1.6L engine so you are not going to go 0 to 60 in 5 seconds, that being said it has good acceleration. Mileage, best I've gotten is 44 MPG on the road, in town stop and start driving, average is in the 31 MPG range.
One of the things I like about Nissan's is that their body styling is unique, and the Kicks does not disappoint, it has smooth lines and does not look like every other SUV on the road.
I only have two complaints...
1. Other than the glove box, which is small, there is no other in cabin storage, the center console is one solid piece so there is no where to put my umbrella other than under the seat.
2. The vehicle has AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking), the sensor was found to be defective 2 days after I purchased the vehicle. Dealership replaced it (took 2 months to get the replacement sensor) but not once has it activated after it was replaced. Dealership says it is working fine, if that is true, then I must be the safest driver in the world or the slowest for it to not have activated at least once after driving the vehicle for 8 months.
Other than 1 and 2 above, I like the vehicle, it was good choice for a second car.…
Buy it you will love it.

Buy it you will love it. What can I say it's a great car, handles well, brakes well, loaded with safety features. The only thing I miss from my previous car is automatic day time running lights. I find no problem with the engine, seems peppy to me. It really feels great on the road and take the bumps around Tucson in a grand manner. Lots of head room, easy to enter and get out of. I wish I would have looked at Nissan years ago. I love this car.…
